Core responsibilities
The consultant will manage a caseload, develop person-Centered employment plans, conduct discovery to explore participant interests, and provide on-The-Job support and coaching using strengths-Based strategies. They will also identify and cultivate relationships with inclusive employers to match job seekers with meaningful and sustainable roles.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma/Ged plus one year of experience in employment services, social work, education, disability services, or a related field, or a bachelor's degree in a related field in lieu of experience. Reliable personal transportation is required for daily driving to support clients in the community.
