Lower School Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher supports the homeroom teacher in implementing daily instruction, reinforcing academic and social-Emotional learning with individuals and small groups, and managing classroom routines like arrival, dismissal, and transitions. This role also involves assisting with material preparation, maintaining records, and fostering a warm, structured, and inclusive learning environment.

A bachelor's degree in education or a related field is preferred, along with experience working with young children in an educational setting. Candidates must possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a commitment to inclusivity and cultural competency.
