The Pepperdine University School of Nursing invites applications for clinical and tenure-track faculty appointments to support its Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Entry-Level Master’s Degree in Nursing, Clinical Nurse Leader (ELM-CNL) programs. Candidates must demonstrate a profound commitment to pedagogical excellence and student success. Preferred candidates will possess a documented record of effective instruction at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

The BSN and ELM-CNL programs are approved by the California BRN and the WASC Senior College & University Commission (WSCUC). The School of Nursing is currently seeking accreditation of its programs by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).

This is a Full-Time, Exempt, 40 hour per week position.
$90,000 - $190,000 per year
The salary for a full-time 12-month professorial appointment for applicants with a doctoral degree will range from $110,000 to $190,000. Candidates with a master's degree will be appointed as an instructor and can expect a salary ranging from $90,000 to $145,000 for a full-time 12-month appointment. Salaries will be prorated for individuals seeking a 9-month appointment.
