The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive support to the dean, associate dean, and faculty, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and event planning. They also handle financial tasks such as vendor payments and maintain accurate records and databases for the School of Nursing.
The Administrative Assistant for the School of Nursing (SON) will provide administrative support to the dean, associate dean, and faculty while also supporting the administrative needs of the school and its academic programs. In turn, the school will advance the University’s mission and strategic plan by developing skilled healthcare professionals who seek to lead while serving our communities and the world. In supporting the college in achieving its mission, the Assistant will advance Pepperdine’s mission and strategic plan.

This is a Regular, Nonexempt, 40 hour per week position.
$22.11 - $25.96 per hour
