Swim Coach

The swim team coach is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the swim team, which includes coaching all levels of swimmers and maintaining open communication with parents and aquatic staff. Essential functions involve establishing relationships, assisting with or conducting daily practices, and fostering a positive, team-Oriented atmosphere.

Candidates must possess integrity, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping swimmers maximize their potential, with competitive swimming and coaching experience being preferred. Candidates are required to be usa certified or able to obtain certification and must pass a background check.
