Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will implement behavior support plans and skill-Acquisition programs while collecting observational and daily data under supervision. Responsibilities also include modeling interventions for caregivers, assisting with assessments, and maintaining accurate documentation for tracking and billing.
Requirements summary
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or psychiatric disorders. Candidates must have completed the 40-Hour rbt training, passed the competency assessment exam and bacb rbt exam, and be registered or in the process of registering with the bacb.
