Additionally, the position requires training caregivers and supervising registered behavior technicians (Rbts), aba specialists, and practicum students, alongside leading staff trainings and collaborating with families.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field, along with active bcba and missouri licensed behavior analyst (Lba) certifications. A minimum of one year of experience working with developmental disabilities or psychiatric diagnoses is required, along with strong communication and data management abilities.
