The role involves actively engaging students through frequent interaction to motivate success, guiding them in applying learning through problem- And project-Based demonstrations. Faculty must provide rich, regular constructive feedback using rubrics for assessment and connect concepts across the academic program.

Applicants must possess a master’s degree in spanish language and culture studies or a related field from an accredited institution, along with professional experience in the field. Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education is strongly preferred, and local applicants who can maintain their own legal status in spain are required.
