Implements programming in accordance with the agency's philosophy, mission, vision, policies, and procedures.
Informs supervisor of problems, concerns, and needs via written and oral communication.
Research age-related development information to stay informed about the needs of the participants.
Upholds and enforces center guidelines and regulations.
Compile, organize, and visually analyze class records.
Ensures the cleanliness of sites daily
Supports the check-in and check-out process of participants
Supports the food and snack distribution
Creates and maintains a safe and nurturing environment for children Support Program Facilitators: STEM Activities, SPORT activities and games, FIELD TRIPS (outdoor and nature activities), and ADVOCACY initiatives. Must be willing to work and play outside, at a farm, and in parks and rivers
Works with participants in small groups and individuals to ensure the girls' active participation.
Acts as a team player with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
Maintains strict confidentiality of participant information.
