Summer Day Camp Archery Specialist - Waltham

The archery specialist is responsible for overseeing all archery instruction, ensuring proper, safe, and age-Appropriate technique and equipment use while developing skills and self-Awareness in campers. Key duties include creating and implementing the archery curriculum, maintaining range safety, modeling ymca values, and acting as a peer leader for other staff.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, though some college and experience are preferred, especially an education degree. Essential requirements include holding a level i archery instructor certification, possessing current first aid, oxygen administration, and cpr certifications, and demonstrating a commitment to working with children from diverse backgrounds.
