Swim Aide

This position is responsible for assisting certified ymca swim lesson aquatic instructors during lessons, which includes preparing and putting away necessary equipment before and after classes. The swim aide must maintain a professional image, ensure a clean and safe pool environment, and actively engage with members to support their goals.

Candidates must be between 15 years old and 15 years and 11 months of age, with no prior experience necessary for the role. Applicants must be physically and verbally capable of interacting with staff and members, potentially remaining in the pool for extended periods, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
