Youth Counselor | 0.8 FTE | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus | Training Provided

The youth counselor will provide daily care, supervision, and mentorship to youth aged 10–18, focusing on building trusting relationships and supporting their emotional and behavioral growth within a safe, structured environment. Responsibilities also include teaching essential life skills, coping mechanisms, and positive decision-Making while modeling healthy boundaries.

Candidates must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid minnesota driver's license, and have a high school diploma or ged; no prior experience is required as full training is provided. Ideal applicants are responsible, compassionate, reliable communicators motivated to learn and committed to helping at-Risk youth succeed.
