North Homes Children & Family Services is seeking a licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP) to provide individual, group, and family therapy within Walker Schools. This is a meaningful opportunity to support youth and families while working in a collaborative, school-based environment.

At full-time status (40 hours/week), employees who meet this standard productivity expectation typically earn: Base Pay: Approximately $1,160 per pay period Productivity Pay: Approximately $1,680 per pay period

Productivity pay is based on completed, billable services Total compensation will vary based on actual productivity and hours worked Opportunities exist to earn more by exceeding productivity expectations What You'll Do Provide individual and group therapy in a school-based setting Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning Conduct annual comprehensive mental health evaluations Provide crisis intervention support as needed Complete documentation in compliance with state, payer, and agency standards Engage in ongoing training, CEU opportunities, and staff development

Requirements
