The substitute teacher is responsible for following provided lesson plans to ensure instructional continuity, delivering engaging classroom instruction aligned with the classical model, and managing student behavior effectively. They must also monitor student activity, provide assistance, and leave detailed reports for the regular teacher regarding performance and behavior.

Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed. Leave detailed notes and reports for the regular teacher regarding student performance, behavior, and any issues that arose during the day. Attend meetings or briefings as required to stay informed about school policies and procedures.
