Swim Instructor Aid

The swim instructor aide is responsible for assisting swim instructors in planning and teaching survival swim skills, stroke techniques, and water safety, incorporating starfish aquatic institute training. This role involves monitoring swimmers, correcting errors, ensuring class safety, and providing instruction according to chprsa policies.

Candidates must be at least 14 years old and possess strong swimming ability, good human relations, and communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a team. A current starfish swimming instructor certification is preferred, but training is provided if necessary, requiring completion within 30 days of hire.
