The Occupational Therapist implements a student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals to enhance learning potential and assist students in acquiring functional performance skills necessary for educational participation and independent functioning. Essential functions include conducting observations, writing performance descriptions, developing graded activities, carrying out medical prescriptions, and maintaining mandated treatment documentation.
