  • Program (SYEP): Funded through the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD), the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) provides New York City youth between the ages of 14 to 24 with paid, summer work experience and project-based learning opportunities for up to six weeks in July and August. Participants work in entry-level positions across a variety of sectors and industries, and are provided with workshops on job readiness, career exploration, financial literacy, continuing education and other life skills.
