  • Role: Where Insight Meets Impact This role is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference through high-quality, individualized care. As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each Client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment. You’ll serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress.

Focus

  • Treatment planning, family training, ongoing supervision, and reassessments
  • Caseload: 25-30 billable hours per week (12-15 clients)
  • Work
  • Model: We prioritize in-person supervision because we believe the best support happens through real-time collaboration, hands-on mentorship, and meaningful connection. This role is ideal for clinicians who value critical thinking, strong relationships, and building sustainable clinical outcomes.

  • We support families across: Brooklyn Queens Bronx Manhattan Staten Island South Westchester Surrounding areas as applicable Required Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Active New York Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Must be located in the NYC metro area or surrounding regions and willing to provide in-person supervision
  • Clinical support responsibilities require availability outside of billable hours to ensure continuity of care and timely support for staff and families.
