Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher shares responsibility for a head start classroom, working collaboratively with the teacher and other staff to support children's learning and development. Responsibilities include implementing curriculum, assessing children's progress, and fostering positive relationships with families.

Candidates must have at least a child development associate (Cda) credential or be enrolled in a relevant educational program. A physical exam and background checks are required, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
