Master Teacher

The master teacher is responsible for creating a safe and nurturing classroom environment while ensuring compliance with okdhs standards and implementing individualized lesson plans. This role also involves fostering strong family partnerships and maintaining a clean and organized space.

Candidates must have an associate's degree or equivalent and be at least a level 3 on the professional development ladder. Additionally, fluency in both english and spanish is required, along with 20 hours of professional development training yearly.
