Social Worker (60549)

The social worker supports students and families through a compassionate, family-Centered approach, overseeing admissions and case management. They advocate for resources, maintain documentation, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address family concerns.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s or master’s in social work with valid licensure in pennsylvania and five years of experience in family-Centered care. Familiarity with the needs of students with disabilities and excellent communication skills are also required.
