Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Delaware County (59400)

The direct support professional (Dsp) provides care and guidance for individuals with intellectual and/Or physical challenges, ensuring their personal care needs are met. They implement individual support plans and create a family living atmosphere for the individuals they support.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and should have experience or interest in working with individuals with multiple disabilities. The role requires the ability to assist with personal care activities and effectively implement individual support plans.
