The wellness program intern will collaborate with the clinical team to support children and families across eight wellness dimensions by developing and monitoring comprehensive wellness plans. Key duties include utilizing assessments to build therapeutic relationships, facilitating plan implementation, monitoring daily progress, and providing individual skill-Building counseling, potentially including home visits.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be able to utilize assessment phases to develop therapeutic relationships and provide ongoing assessment through observations and data collection. Essential requirements include demonstrating strong therapeutic relationship skills, understanding boundary issues and confidentiality, and maintaining accurate, auditable client records using the dap format.
