Residential Counselor

Counselors are responsible for providing programs and services to participants, including individual and group counseling, case management, and treatment plan development. They must maintain communication with referral sources and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and be licensed to provide psychotherapy or addiction counseling in kansas. Strong interpersonal skills and experience with individuals in the criminal justice system are preferred.
