PRN Occupational Therapist

The occupational therapist will screen, evaluate, re-Evaluate, and discharge plan for residents, making revisions to established care plans as supervised by a physician. This role focuses on providing personalized care and rehabilitation services to seniors.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program and hold an active state license. Excellent organizational, communication skills, and knowledge of functional pathways policies are also required.
