Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for overall classroom management, creating a safe and engaging learning environment for children. They will implement the proprietary l.e.a.p curriculum and communicate regularly with parents about their children's progress.

Candidates should have a genuine passion for the education and care of children, with at least six months of professional teaching experience required. An associate degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred, along with a cda certification.
