Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Behavioral Technician

The registered behavior technician will provide one-On-One therapy based on applied behavior principles to children with autism, primarily in a clinic setting, implementing treatment goals and behavior intervention plans under the direction of behavior analysts. Responsibilities also include continuous data collection throughout the day and providing feedback regarding client progress to a case supervisor.

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or higher and demonstrate a strong desire to learn applied behavior analysis, along with basic technology understanding. Candidates must also be physically capable of performing required movements like quick response, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
