Physical Therapist-Full Time

The physical therapist is responsible for competent evaluation and treatment of patients regarding mobility, function, strength, and positioning, while communicating and collaborating with families, physicians, and other health team members. This role also involves conducting ongoing in-Service training for facility staff on restorative and functional maintenance programs.

Candidates must possess a b.s., master's, or dpt in physical therapy and maintain licensure in the state(S) where services are provided. Essential functions include timely patient evaluation, developing and executing treatment plans, supervising assistants, and maintaining professional documentation.
