This role involves performing specialized technical work supporting faculty, staff, and students by operating, troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, and installing information systems hardware, software, and applications under the direction of the it director. Key duties include providing tech support for connectivity, software, gradebook synchronization (Powerschool sis/Canvas), setting up student accounts, managing it assets, and responding to system emergencies.

Candidates must be born-Again christians who model godly lifestyle and character, supporting the school's statement of faith and conduct. Required technical qualifications include knowledge of mainstream mobile device platforms, databases, and spreadsheets, along with an associate’s degree in computer science or related field, and at least three years of related experience is preferred, along with a-Plus and/Or network plus certification.
