Clinical Educator

The clinical educator autonomously and collaboratively provides education to enhance the quality of patient care services by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating orientation, education, competency, and skill-Building needs for employees. This role ensures educational programs align with best practices and the strategic goals of osf healthcare, focusing on delivering care appropriate to the patient population served.

Candidates are required to possess a bachelor's degree and at least one year of direct patient care experience, along with a current rn state license and american heart association bls certification. Preferred qualifications include an msn, previous nursing leadership experience, and specialty certification in professional development or nursing education.
