Speech Language Pathologist

The speech language pathologist will provide evaluations, assessments, and ongoing therapy for children from birth to three years old, developing individualized plans and conducting one-On-One family sessions. Responsibilities also include collaborating with team personnel, participating in individual family service plan meetings, monitoring progress, and documenting all patient care activities.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in speech language therapy and meet all prescribed professional requirements, including necessary certifications and licensures for the role. A successful background check and obtaining a level one fingerprint clearance card are mandatory, with completion of azeip standards of practice required within three years of starting.
