Provide evaluations, assessments, and ongoing therapy for children aged birth to three years. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and families through coaching, joint visits, and Individual Family Service Plan meetings.
Requires a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and valid OTR/L licensure. Candidates must pass a background check, obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card, and complete AzEIP Standards of Practice within three years.

We obtained school contracts as well as becoming a Qualified Vendor with the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). We also contracted with other agencies holding Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP) contracts to deliver services to the birth to 3 population.
