Toddler Teacher

The teacher is responsible for creating a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment for infants while implementing the l.e.a.p. Curriculum® to support early learning. This role also involves building strong relationships with families and collaborating with staff to maintain a positive workplace and ensure safety compliance.

Candidates need at least six months of professional childcare or teaching experience, with a preference for one year, and must possess a high school diploma or ged; an associate degree in early childhood education is preferred. Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and infant milestones is necessary, along with a positive and team-Oriented attitude.
