What You’ll Do

Provide attentive, compassionate care to infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months.

Create a calm, engaging environment that supports sensory exploration and early development.

Follow individualized feeding, diapering, and nap schedules.

Communicate daily with families about routines, milestones, and progress.

Implement The Learning Experience® L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, fostering cognitive and emotional growth through play and interaction.

Work collaboratively with teammates and leadership to maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom.

What You’ll Bring

A love for babies and a passion for early childhood education.

Previous experience in an infant classroom or childcare setting preferred.

Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills.

Must meet Virginia state licensing requirements for Infant Teachers, including required training and background checks.
