Senior Residential Advisor

This role involves performing daily maintenance tasks in dormitory areas, monitoring student conduct during meals, and maintaining order and discipline within assigned dormitories while promoting self-Discipline. The advisor also conducts safety inspections, maintains logs, and models appropriate career success standards for students.

Candidates must possess strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and proficiency in advanced microsoft office applications. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with one year of related experience and supervisory experience preferred, and an associate's degree in a human services field is desired.
