Summer Program Aide - Bigfork, MN

The summer program aide will build positive relationships with clients, supervise activities and field trips to ensure safety and engagement, and assist in implementing personalized mental health plans. Responsibilities also include maintaining a safe and clean environment and communicating clearly with team members.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid minnesota driver's license, demonstrating a non-Judgmental and respectful attitude towards all backgrounds. Prior experience working with youth or leading recreational activities is considered a bonus.
