Clinical Educator Women's Services

The clinical educator is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs and professional development initiatives for nursing and clinical staff to improve patient care quality and outcomes. This role involves collaborating with teams to assess learning needs, promote evidence-Based practices, and serve as a mentor to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and healthcare trends.

Candidates must possess 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, along with a registered nurse license. Preferred qualifications include 1-2 years of experience in education, training, or professional development within a healthcare setting, and knowledge of adult learning principles.
