Direct Support Staff

The direct support staff will serve as a positive role model for youth in crisis, providing daily support and structure within a group home setting. This involves helping teens develop essential life skills, change behavior, and build brighter futures while working within a live-In care team.

Applicants must be 21 years or older and possess a valid driver's license along with a high school diploma or ged. Experience working with youth or in a structured care setting is required, as is the willingness to live onsite while on shift.
