Lead Teacher- CC

The lead teacher will be responsible for creating a calm and nurturing space for children aged 3 to 5 years old, which includes developing age-Appropriate lesson plans and tracking developmental milestones. Additionally, the role requires building strong relationships with families and coworkers while maintaining a clean and safe classroom environment.

Candidates should possess an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education, which is preferred, along with a minimum of one year of experience working in an early childhood classroom. Essential qualities include a strong passion for teaching and supporting children, coupled with effective communication and collaboration skills.
