2026-27 School Social Worker

The school social worker will collaborate with parents, students, and staff to identify and resolve social, emotional, and behavioral challenges that impede learning through assessment, consultation, and direct/Indirect services. Key duties include developing and implementing intervention and prevention programs, participating in problem-Solving teams, and ensuring student safety via consistent discipline implementation.

Candidates must possess a strong commitment to the organization's mission and demonstrate experience working with young children and their families, requiring a bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of relevant experience. A valid wisconsin certification is required, though the organization will assist in securing it if the candidate is eligible.
