Lead Teacher - Pre-K

The assistant will help create a nurturing classroom environment, team up with teachers to implement age-Appropriate curriculum, and encourage curiosity during play while prioritizing safety. They will also model kindness and contribute ideas for planning a balanced daily schedule.

Candidates must meet all state preschool teacher assistant requirements and be comfortable working with children ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years old. Previous experience in a teacher assistant role or a licensed daycare setting is necessary, along with a high degree of flexibility.
