Core responsibilities
The infant lead teacher must embrace the center's philosophy and work collaboratively to foster a positive learning environment while documenting and sharing children's daily milestones with parents. Responsibilities also include implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum and encouraging appropriate social behaviors.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, meeting all state lead teacher requirements, with previous experience as an infant teacher being necessary. Preferred qualifications include a child development associate (Cda) or a relevant college degree, along with demonstrated classroom management skills.
