Kidstop Site Assistant - Before and After School - Multiple Locations

The site assistant is responsible for supervising the kidstop program, which includes developing, planning, and implementing a broad range of outcome-Based programs while serving as a mentor and role model to members. Key duties involve ensuring member safety, assisting with homework, leading educational and physical activities, and managing program paperwork and communication with staff and parents.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred, and have previous experience working with elementary-Aged youth, ideally with knowledge of youth development principles. Required abilities include motivating youth, managing behavior problems, organizing safe supervision, effective communication, and strong organizational skills, along with obtaining cpr and first aid certification.
