Your role and Impact

- Demonstrate: Deliver lectures and lead labs, using your clinical experience to prepare students for real-world scenarios.
- Drive

- Success: Maintain an 80% student success rate by monitoring progress, mentoring at-risk students, and reducing course withdrawals.
- Curriculum
- Implementation: Execute lesson plans aligned with program objectives, integrating guest speakers and field trips to enhance learning.
- Student
- Mentorship: Advise students on curriculum paths and coordinate externship opportunities to bridge the gap between school and clinical practice.
- Compliance &
- Administration: Maintain accurate grades and attendance records, and ensure all activities meet accreditation standards.
What you bring to Pima Medical Institute
- Credentials: Active RRT and State RCP license.
- Experience: 3+ years of clinical experience in a hospital setting. (Teaching experience is preferred, but a passion for education is essential).
- Education: Associate degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (or 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree).
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong verbal/written communication skills.
