The rbt trainer directly contributes to the mission by overseeing and leading clinical trainings for team members to uphold quality standards, while also maintaining a direct rbt client caseload of 15 hours per week. Responsibilities include implementing new hire training in applied behavior analysis principles, conducting retraining, and supporting staff through the rbt certification process.

Candidates must possess a valid rbt or bcaba certification and have 3+ years of experience in the field of aba, including at least 1 year of leadership experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for training teams and explaining technical aba concepts in non-Technical ways.
