Youth and Adult Independent Living Supports Coach - PT nights and weekends

The coach provides instruction and assistance to youth and adults to meet individual service plan goals, focusing on independent living skills such as meal prepping, medication management, shopping, and community engagement. Essential duties include following specific client objectives, documenting daily activities, supervising medication administration, and ensuring the health and safety of individuals served.

Candidates must possess sufficient problem-Solving skills and judgment for emergency situations, along with adequate reading, writing, and verbal skills for documentation and goal setting. A valid michigan driver's license, insured vehicle availability, and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 35 pounds are required.
