Youth and Adult Independent Living Supports Coach- PT Nights( until 8pm) , weekends and days

The coach provides instruction and assistance to youth and adults to meet goals outlined in their individual service plans, focusing on independent living skills like meal prepping, medication management, and community engagement. Essential duties include following specific client objectives, documenting activities, supervising medication administration, and ensuring client health and safety.

Candidates must possess problem-Solving skills, sufficient reading/Writing/Verbal abilities for documentation, and strong human relation skills for effective interaction. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid michigan driver's license, good driving record, and access to an insured vehicle.
