Full-time Direct Support Professional (1st Shift)

Direct support professionals promote the best quality of life for adults with disabilities by implementing training programs, encouraging independence, and providing direct care including hygiene and self-Help skills. Responsibilities also involve teaching from a curriculum, following behavioral plans, participating in outings, and documenting progress using the online system therap.

Candidates must possess a south carolina driver's license and be capable of lifting or maneuvering up to 50lbs, standing, or walking for extended periods. Required personal attributes include being adaptive, a team player, and an advocate, alongside excellent oral and written communication skills.
