Assistant Teacher

The main responsibilities involve effectively substituting for any position as needed, including covering breaks and absences, and assuming classroom duties before or after scheduled shifts. Additionally, the role requires demonstrating patience and kindness with children, parents, and staff, and operating as a team player under the lead teacher's direction.

Qualified candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and must be able to pass all required background checks. Physical ability to work around small children, including lifting up to 40 lbs, is also mandatory for this role.
