Elementary Special Education Teacher

The teacher is responsible for delivering specific course content in an online environment, managing the learning process, and focusing on students’ individual needs by ensuring all special education and related services are provided as determined by the iep team. Essential duties include developing compliant ieps, facilitating special education meetings, and making necessary modifications to lessons and assessments based on student needs.

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor's degree and an active state teaching license, along with the ability to clear a required background check. Other requirements include the ability to interpret student data collaboratively, embrace change, and proficiency in microsoft office applications.
